As opposed to a form of contraception, fertility awareness methods allow women the opportunity to understand their body, hormones, and natural processes, as well as plan their families. The Creighton system is one of the most researched and supported methods of fertility appreciation. Tracking one primary biomarker, it is easy for all women to learn. It can be used through any reproductive stage or category (including anovulatory or breastfeeding). It also has the advantage of having an entire medical field designed with it’s charting method and research.

Yes! Understanding your reproductive system can be useful in any medical setting. When working with a doctor trained in restorative reproductive health (often referred to as Napro doctors), they treat this charting like gold because of all the information it provides them. When working with doctors untrained in this method, it can inform you as to how to advocate for yourself.

After the Introductory Session, there are 4 initial follow up sessions filled with fertility education over the first 2-3 months. After that point, sessions get progressively further apart to ensure you are confident, successful, and able to understand and handle any unexpected circumstances. Additional follow ups are encouraged to manage significant chart changes, shifts in pregnancy intentions, or to further explore the role of faith in your fertility journey. We want to make are you are as supported as possible!
